Two nights ago, I cooked my rice in 12 minutes flat! Yum!
Any broccoli au gratin lovers (like myself!) out there, here's a tip if you like a really creamy sauce (again, like me!)... instead of using all water, substitute maybe 1/2 cup or so of milk when mixing the sauce... oh my god, it's delicious! It sounds kinda gross, I know... but it makes that stuff taste pretty damned good! ^_^
